In Viella, capital of Pacherenc, one has known for a long time that Pacherenc du Vic Bilh is harvested late. This sweet wine is produce by successive cullings, New Year’s Eve Pacherenc being produced from the 4th and 5th cullings!

Each year, the association of the Friends of Pacherenc invites you to come and take part in this harvest on 31st December.

The village of Viella lives all day to the rhythm of the harvest and to the making of the wine; a New Year Eve Dinner and Dance, with a menu full of flavours and authenticity, closes these events.
