Every year, on the first Monday in November, the winegrowers of the Cave de Crouseilles and Producteurs Plaimont, offer to sell by auction their best barrels of Pacherenc du Vic Bilh, sweet and dry, each with their particular style.

Only point in common: hand-picked grapes from 2nd and 3rd cullings.

These Pacherenc Golden Barrels will then be bottled. (240 bottles per barrel). They will benefit from an exclusive bottle signed by the winegrower!

At the end of the auction, the profit generated by the highest bid will be given to an association for the protection and the promotion of the Vic Bilh heritage. By auctioning their creation, the winegrowers have decided to share unique pleasures with Pacherenc du Vic Bilh lovers.
